Problem
As the design system grew, several designers started contributing icons — and each hand brought its own stroke, proportion, style. An icon that doesn't speak the same language breaks the reading: hierarchy becomes unpredictable, the interface loses trust, and the library gets harder to maintain and scale.
Solution
I put together an iconography guideline with clear rules on grid, stroke, proportion, and sizes. Hosted it on Notion, where the design team's other guidelines already lived.
The delivery included a usage workshop.
